The script doesn't move when I speak

Make sure CueFlow has Microphone and Speech Recognition access in iOS Settings → CueFlow. Check that the bottom bar shows "Voice Sync" and not "Manual", and that the speech language in the prompter settings matches the language you're speaking.

The camera doesn't turn on

Open the prompter settings (the slider icon) and turn on "Live Camera Recording Studio". Then allow Camera access when asked, or turn it on in iOS Settings → CueFlow.

How do AI credits work?

Every install includes free AI credits. A credit is used only when an AI request succeeds. Creator Pro removes the credit limit, with a fair-use daily limit.

How do I restore Creator Pro on a new phone?

Open the Creator Pro screen from the "PRO" button on the home screen and tap "Restore Purchases". Use the same Apple Account you subscribed with.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → CueFlow and tap Cancel Subscription. You keep Creator Pro until the end of the period you paid for. For refunds, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

Where are my recordings saved?

In the app's recordings library (the library icon on the home screen). To keep a copy elsewhere, open a take and choose Export to save it to Photos or share it.
