CueFlowTerms of Use
These terms apply to your use of the CueFlow app, provided by 100 Clicks LLC ("we", "us"). By downloading or using CueFlow, you agree to these terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"). If these terms and the Standard EULA conflict, the Standard EULA applies to the extent required by Apple.
1. Using CueFlow
We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use CueFlow on Apple devices you own or control, as allowed by the App Store's usage rules. Don't copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell the app, interfere with our servers, or use CueFlow to break the law or infringe anyone's rights.
2. Your content
Your scripts, recordings and edits belong to you. They are stored on your device. When you use an AI feature, you give us permission to process the text you send only to provide that feature. You are responsible for the content you create and share, and for having the rights to anything you record.
3. AI features
AI color grading, camera directing, delivery cues, coaching and the B-roll director generate suggestions automatically. Results may be inaccurate or unexpected, so review them before you publish anything. AI features need an internet connection and may change or be unavailable from time to time.
4. Free credits and Creator Pro
The teleprompter and recording features are free. New installs include a small number of free AI credits. Creator Pro is an auto-renewing subscription that removes the AI credit limit, subject to a fair-use daily limit that protects the service for everyone.
- Creator Pro is offered as a monthly or annual subscription. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
- Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings. Canceling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. We can't issue App Store refunds directly.
Free AI credits have no cash value and can't be transferred.
5. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what information CueFlow uses and why.
6. Changes and availability
We may update CueFlow, add or remove features, or change these terms. If we make significant changes to these terms, we'll update the effective date and let you know in the app. Continuing to use CueFlow after a change means you accept the updated terms.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
CueFlow is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of recordings or data. Back up any recordings that matter to you. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for CueFlow in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
8. Ending use
You can stop using CueFlow at any time by deleting it. We may suspend access to our AI services if you misuse them or break these terms.
